using Drover's Salt
- 6 Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- 3 Sprigs Rosemary
- Drover's Salt
- Peel and cut up six potatoes into chunks.
- Put all into a shallow baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Chop up three sprigs of rosemary, scatter over potatoes.
- Finally sprinkle a liberal amount of Drover's Salt over all and bake in a moderate oven for an hour.
