Drover's Salt - 120g Jar

Roasted Potatoes

using Drover's Salt


  • 6 Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • 3 Sprigs Rosemary
  • Drover's Salt


  1. Peel and cut up six potatoes into chunks.
  2. Put all into a shallow baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Chop up three sprigs of rosemary, scatter over potatoes.
  4. Finally sprinkle a liberal amount of Drover's Salt over all and bake in a moderate oven for an hour.
