Coolamon Herbs - 50g Jar

Herb & Chilli Prawns

using Coolamon Herbs

Ingredients

  • Green Prawns
  • 1T Coolamon Herbs
  • 1T Crushed Garlic
  • 1c Dry White Wine
  • Chilli sauce to taste
  • Boiled Rice

Method

  1. Peel green prawns, leaving tail fan.
  2. Add 1 Tablespoon of Coolamon Herbs and crushed garlic, mix and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook quickly in oil on high heat until prawns are opaque.
  4. Add 1 cup of dry white wine, chilli sauce to taste, and serve with boiled rice.
