Herb & Chilli Prawns
using Coolamon Herbs
- Green Prawns
- 1T Coolamon Herbs
- 1T Crushed Garlic
- 1c Dry White Wine
- Chilli sauce to taste
- Boiled Rice
- Peel green prawns, leaving tail fan.
- Add 1 Tablespoon of Coolamon Herbs and crushed garlic, mix and leave for 10 minutes.
- Cook quickly in oil on high heat until prawns are opaque.
- Add 1 cup of dry white wine, chilli sauce to taste, and serve with boiled rice.
