Sunaami Salt - 150g Jar

Baked Snapper

using Sunaami Salt


  • 750gm - 1kg whole fish such as snapper or dory
  • Lime - sliced
  • Sunaami Salt


  1. Using a 750gm - 1 Kg whole fish such as snapper or dory, lay the fish onto a piece of foil - enough to wrap securely.
  2. Place thick lime slices inside the body, cover the entire fish with a thick layer of Sunaami Salt (similar to encasing in pastry).
  3. Place in oven or covered barbecue to cook for 40 minutes.
  4. To serve peel off the salt crust for a moist flavoursome seafood treat.
