Peel green prawns leaving tail fan.
Add one tablespoon of Coolamon Herbs and crushed garlic,
mix and leave for ten minutes.
Cook quickly in oil on high heat until prawns are opaque.
Add one cup of dry white wine, chilli sauce to taste,
and serve with boiled rice.

Stir fry chicken strips in hot oil with Boobialla Seasoning,
add sliced onion, zucchini and red capsicum.
Stir in a tin of coconut cream and simmer briefly to finish.
Serve with poppadoms.

Four fillets of firm fleshed fish. Lay the fillets in a shallow greased baking dish. Add half a cup of dry white wine, sprinkle generously with Pepper Power Lemon and top with sliced lemon, chopped dill and a few knobs of butter.
Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes.
Whole fish can be baked or barbecued in greased foil with the above ingredients inside the fish.
 Beat 6 eggs with 3 tablespoons of water until fluffy.
Thinly slice 200g fresh mushroom, two zucchinis and 6 spring onions.
Sweat vegetables in a pan with a knob of butter for 3 minutes.
Pour egg mixture over vegetables and sprinkle with a generous
teaspoon of Salt with Attitude.
When frittata is almost set, scatter with Parmesan cheese and place
under grill until golden.
Serves 4 with a green salad.
Thinly slice lamb back strap, sprinkle generously with
Corroboree Dust and mix to combine.
Heat olive oil in pan and stir fry meat quickly.
Serve with salad greens and creamy potatoes. 
Peel and cut up six potatoes into chunks.
Put all into a shallow baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Chop up three sprigs of rosemary, scatter over potatoes.
Finally sprinkle a liberal amount of Drover's Salt over all and
bake in a moderate oven for an hour.

 Using a 750gm - 1 Kg whole fish such as snapper or dory, lay the
fish onto a piece of foil - enough to wrap securely. 
Place thick lime slices inside the body, cover the entire fish with a thick
layer of Sunaami Salt (similar to encasing in pastry). 
Place in oven or covered barbecue to cook for 40 minutes. 
To serve peel off the salt crust for a moise flavoursome seafood treat.
